You are invited to our PA ACE Region 2 Spring Networking Event at Delaware County Community College. We are hosting a panel discussion focused on cultivating mentoring or sponsorship relationships that prepare our members for leadership opportunities. The day will begin with a buffet breakfast and networking opportunities before we welcome our distinguished panel of College and University presidents.
The panelists include: Dr. Brenda Allen, President, Lincoln University; Dr. L. Joy Gates Black, President, Delaware County Community College; and Dr. Julie E. Wollman, President, Widener University. Each of these women became leaders of their respective institutions within the last two years and have agreed to share their insights on the various pathways to a presidential appointment.

You are invited to the upcoming PA ACE event “Women Advocating for Women” hosted by Seton Hill University. We will be offering opportunities for networking, refreshments, and a roundtable discussion related to women advocating for women in the contexts of mentoring relationships, equal pay, Title IX, and sexual harassment.
Four distinguished guests will comprise the roundtable: Rosalie Carpenter, Vice President for Student Affairs at Seton Hill University; Rebecca Harris, Executive Director of the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Chatham University (Rebecca will Chair the panel); Martha Hartle Munsch, Retired Partner and Title IX expert, Reed Smith LLP; and Jen Jones, Associate Professor and Department Coordinator of Communication at Seton Hill University.
We look forward to a productive discussion about how women in higher education can advocate for other women in the context of pressing contemporary issues.

Join Chancellor Tina Q. Richardson, Penn State-Lehigh Valley, as she shares her journey to leading a Penn State campus, along with key insights for others looking to advance to another leadership role.
With more than 27 years in higher education, Dr. Richardson has served as a faculty member, program director, special assistant to the provost, associate dean, and now as chancellor.
She was recently awarded the 2017 Take the Lead award from the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, and the 2016 Education Excellence Award for her lifetime commitment to educational leadership by Lehigh County and Lehigh Valley My Brother’s Keeper. Dr. Richardson will also present on the power of collective impact and how it can benefit those in leadership positions.
