As we navigate the changing landscape of higher education, it is important to consider how mentoring and sponsoring each other and ourselves supports the advancement of women in our field. Many of us can reflect on the support, sponsorship, and mentorship that continue to impact our paths. Attendees will hear about the journeys of women throughout our network, learn about the wide array of professional development opportunities available to enrich our skillsets, explore recent research projects in higher education, engage in a diversity, equity and inclusion discussion, and gain valuable insights from a panel of college presidents. Along the way, we will also have a chance to virtually network with other participants. We look forward to seeing you soon and rising together!
